The cookies placed by us do not directly recognise you as a natural person; they only recognise the device you are using. List of cookies we collect
Analitycs: cookies used by Google Analytics for statistical purposes According to the guidelines on the website of the privacy guarantor (faq privacy guarantor), it is not necessary to acquire prior consent for the cookies we collect. As an example, as also clarified by the Article 29 Working Party in a recent opinion (WP194), the following are cookies for which it is not necessary to obtain the user's prior and informed consent cookies implanted in the user's/contractor's terminal directly by the owner of the single website, if they are not used for further purposes: this is the case of session cookies used to "fill the cart" in online purchases, authentication cookies, cookies for multimedia contents such as flash player if they do not exceed the duration of the session, customization cookies (e.g. for the choice of navigation language), etc.; cookies used to statistically analyse accesses/visits to the website ('analytics' cookies) if they only pursue statistical purposes and collect information in aggregate form; however, the information provided by the website must be clear and adequate and users must be offered easy ways to opt-out of their installation (including possible mechanisms to anonymise the cookies themselves). With the exception of technical cookies, also in the new legislation the general rule for 'storing information in the terminal equipment of a contractor or user or accessing information already stored' remains that of prior informed consent of the user (opt-in). This means that all non-technical cookies, which are more critical from the point of view of protecting users' privacy, such as those used for profiling and marketing purposes, may not be installed on users' terminal equipment unless they have been adequately informed beforehand and have given valid consent.
